I'm concerned about the legitimacy of this entire situation. If this is a scam, this is the most elaborate scam I've seen yet (why require a long essay? ). What do you think are red flags? All of company X's emails end in @, not. Theoretically, all of this could have been forged. The recruiter's photo on RingCentral is the same as on LinkedIn, emails can be spoofed, etc. I called Company X and tried to call by directory, but the recruiter's name isn't there. The fact that the check originated from a cosmetics company and the check from a different company in Texas. The fact the recruiter tried to rush me into depositing the check today (Saturday), considering the official working days would have been M-F. Besides the signed job offer, I haven't filled out any employment paperwork (W-2, I-9. etc. ) There is no public job posting from the company about this position. What do you think are green flags? This seems awfully elaborate for a scam (what could they be after at this point? ). Everything seems to check out online in general.
It would be a big step up but I know I would be fucking excellent at it and the Lead Nurse for my division recommended me for the job. I already do a lot of the work required and I know the people in that team. I have worked in this division for 6 years so I know this place well and I am fairly well respected by the various teams. I applied and got an interview no problem. I had my interview yesterday, I was interviewed by a manager from not only my division but the one that directly oversees the business aspect of my main two wards so I speak to this woman daily and quite frequently. They interviewed all day from 8 till 4 and mine was at 3pm. By 4:15 I got a call to say I wasn't successful. Now being in the position that I am and working with the people that I do I know for an absolute fact that the only time that callbacks happen that quickly is when they already knew exactly who they wanted for the job before interviews happened. I don't know how I can go back to work on Monday and deal with these people for 8 hours a day.
At half-time, Villa were 2-1 down and Xia wanted a message to be delivered to Bruce in the dressing room. Xia was underwhelmed by the performance of midfielder Glenn Whelan and requested that he be substituted. Wyness blocked it, Villa ended up winning 4-2 — and Whelan scored against his former club to spark the fightback. There were happier times, of course, and staff in the Villa Park offices describe Wyness as an engaging and friendly boss who always adopted an open-door policy. That included a deadline-day announcement of Lewis Grabban in January 2018, with the CEO asking Amazon virtual assistant Alexa who the Bournemouth striker played for. Wyness was tasked with the job of rejuvenating a stale and depressed workforce still coming to terms with Villa as a Championship club after 28 years in the top division. He encouraged employees to "not be in the stands, and get on the pitch of life". ]
