I often use PowerPoint for presentations. Confronted with such disadvantage: PowerPoint is not installed on each computer. Advise me an alternative solution, as you can get without having to install PowerPoint, and is it possible? It won't allow you to modify PowerPoint presentations, but it will allow you to play them. I don't think there's a portable version that can be run from a thumb drive, but it's a small install for computers that don't have the full Office treatment. answered Nov 15 '11 at 13:05 MBraedley MBraedley 2, 794 4 gold badges 24 silver badges 45 bronze badges I wrote a website with a script catching pressed key. Hey guys so a recruiter contacted me out of the blue with a subject of "Help connect the entire world. Hack for Facebook Android". I replied because why not? He scheduled a call with me and he asked me about my background and then asked me 8 multiple choice questions (I was not ready for this). The questions asked were about: Services Intent filters Content Providers Activity lifecycle events / flow View / Viewgroup layout questions. Notifications How to make data accessible to other applications I got 5/8 correct and he said that was good enough to move on to the next step. The next step was a more technical interview in which I was talking with an actual Android Engineer. I was asked a couple of basic android questions like: What happens when you click an app icon / describe the process How does an app know which activity to run first Have you worked with intent filters before? If so, describe how they work Can you tell me the pros and cons of intent filters. That was the extent of Android specific questions.

Most college dorm cafeterias do a better job of arranging the food, this was so unappealing. And who thought creamy scalloped potatoes should be a breakfast item? In addition to the photo of the room I booked not actually representing the room, there are many other things posted on their website that do not match reality at the hotel. (what's included in the resort fee, prices in the restaurant, etc. ) Why do you Marriott people put up with this crap? This really scared me to think the Marriott people might push these low standards onto my Sheratons, Westins and W's.
I guess that would be a suitable solution for almost any computer, because you do not need to install anything and you do not need any user privileges at all. Unfortunately I do not have MS Office on my own, but I guess you should find the option to do that on "export" or "save as". I also heard the it is possible to export the slideshow as flash () file (I know for sure in LibreOffice) which would be a possibility, too because most systems nowadays have an internet browser with installed flash player. answered Nov 15 '11 at 13:28 Michael K Michael K 3, 358 4 gold badges 22 silver badges 43 bronze badges 3 GoogleDocs has a presentation tool. answered Nov 14 '11 at 18:26 McKay McKay 431 5 silver badges 13 bronze badges PowerPoint online or the PPT viewer is the most easiest thing to do. You can also Export all you slides and use the images one-by-one through scrolling. Another possibility is to export it to mp4 format which can be played by almost every device in the world. I often do this after a presentation to all the attendees and get great feedback on that.
